Her background includes technical sales with Eurofins Scientific and nearly a decade at Trident Seafoods managing compliance for fish oil supplements and value-added products. A former president of the Cascadia Institute of Food Technologists, she frequently presents on seafood nutrition, omega-3 fatty acids, sensory science, NIR technologies, and FTC marketing and labeling compliance, making her a respected educator and thought leader in food science and regulatory compliance.
