Clinton J. Allison is a Supervisory Import Specialist with U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Agriculture and Prepared Products Center of Excellence and Expertise (APP CEE). Mr. Allison is currently assigned to the APP Center’s Enforcement Division and serves as one of the APP Center’s two Trade Enforcement Coordinators (TECs). Import Specialists are primarily responsible for classifying merchandise using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, appraising imported goods and ensuring that all duties, taxes and fees are properly assessed at the time of importation. Mr. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Riverside.
