The Pacific Fisheries Technologists’ (PFT) are proud to be holding their 68th Annual Conference in Vancouver, BC in February 2017. The PFT is made-up of a knowledgeable and pragmatic mix of people from Alaska to Mexico and beyond, representing academia, government agencies, seafood service industries and seafood processors. We actively encourage the participation of post graduate students who will form the future of the industry.

We are structuring the 2017 Annual PFT Conference around the theme of ‘From bottom to top, ethics matter’. We aim to have presentations and panel discussions ranging from pure research through innovations, worldwide regulations, ecology, economic considerations, quality, product safety and future trends.
