Mark your calendars for PFT 2019!

We are proud and honored to host the 70th annual Pacific Fisheries Technologists (PFT) conference. It will be held in beautiful San Carlos Nuevo Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico from Sunday the 24th through Wednesday the 27th of February 2019 at the Marinaterra Hotel & Spa, right on the shore of the Sea of Cortez, one of the world´s most precious and biodiverse marine regions.

Our theme for this year is “70 years: responsible choices for sea and seafood”, celebrating a significant round year for this effort of PFT to bring together everybody related to seafood in a friendly, respectful forum. It also celebrates the issue of sustainability that has been discussed for so many years in PFT conferences.

We are setting up a wonderful set of sea and seafood presentations from scientists, industry and government. Meet old friends, make new ones that share our interest in seafood related issues, and enrich the discussions with your expertise.
